Suby payment calendar with every renewal marked for the month

What you get

  • Every renewal laid out in date order, so the next charge is never buried.
  • Reminders land before the billing date, while there's still time to cancel or downgrade.
  • Each renewal shows its price, cycle and currency — nothing hidden until the day.
  • The whole calendar works offline, with no connection needed to load it.

In detail

Every renewal, a year out

Suby works out each subscription's billing dates across 25 months — a year back, this month, and a year ahead. Monthly, yearly, weekly and custom cycles all land on the grid; cancelled and archived subscriptions land nowhere, and a subscription with auto-renew turned off stops before its end date, because that date is when access ends rather than another charge.

Dates that don't drift

A subscription anchored on the 31st shows on 31 January, 28 February, 31 March, 30 April — then back to the 31st in the long months. Every date is derived from the original billing date instead of the previous clamped one, so a short February never drags the rest of the year backwards.

Trials flag themselves

The day a trial converts carries an orange dot, and its row reads "Trial ends" in place of the billing cycle. Charges still ahead get a green dot, days already past get a grey one and their rows sit dimmed, so the month behind you never reads like the month in front.

Your share, their currency

Each row keeps the price in the currency you entered it in. The day, week and month totals convert into your main currency using the rates already stored on the device and carry a ≈ when anything was converted — and for a subscription you split with other people, the row and the totals both use your share, not the full charge.

The month, already added up

A bar above the grid gives the visible month's total, how many payments it holds and how many separate billing days that is. In the current month you also get a "This week" card covering the next seven days, and — when a month still has two or more billing days to come — a "Heaviest day" line that names the most expensive one and jumps to it when tapped.

How it works

  1. Open it from the dashboard

The dashboard has a row of three buttons: Calendar, Insights, Convert. Tap Calendar. The "Next 7 days" band directly above that row opens the same screen.

  2. Move through the months

Swipe the grid left or right; the top bar names the month and year you're on. Once you're away from the current month a Today button appears, and tapping it scrolls straight back.

  3. Tap a day to narrow it

Tapping a date filters the list under the grid down to that day and puts the day's total in its header. Tap the same date again to get the whole month back. Days that belong to a neighbouring month are dimmed and do not respond.

  4. Open a subscription

Under each date, every payment is listed with its logo, billing cycle and price. Tap one to open that subscription's details, where the edit button leads to its price, cycle and billing date.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. The calendar reads the subscriptions saved in the app's database on your phone, and the screen contains no sign-in check at all. An account matters elsewhere in Suby: cloud backup and sending share invites need a real (non-anonymous) account, and both are Premium.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Opening the calendar fetches nothing — it reads your local subscriptions plus whatever exchange rates are already stored on the device. If a currency has no stored rate, that amount is left out of the converted total and the total stays marked with ≈.

Is any of this Premium?

No. The grid, the month and day totals, the day filter and the trial markers are all in the free app. Premium covers other things: cloud backup, widget settings, longer chart ranges in Insights, unlimited tags, payment methods and custom services, and sending share invites.
