What is free, and what is Premium?
Free covers tracking: unlimited subscriptions from the catalog, reminders, any currency, spending charts and breakdowns, widgets, splitting a plan and checking people off, backup files, restore and CSV export. Premium adds unlimited custom services, unlimited screenshot imports, encrypted cloud backup, linking people to more than one shared plan, live rates with the full rate history, widget settings, the subscription health score and the Global reach world map.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Premium starts with a 7-day free trial, billed through your app store. You can cancel any time in your store settings; do it at least a day before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After the trial it is $1.99 a month or $14.99 a year.
How do I cancel Suby Premium?
Suby Premium is billed by your app store. To cancel:
- Google Play: Play Store, then menu, then Subscriptions, then Suby, then Cancel
- App Store: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Suby, then Cancel
Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data behind a paywall?
No. Creating a backup file, restoring it and exporting to CSV are free, with no account and no limit. Only cloud backup, an encrypted copy tied to your account, is Premium.
